PRESS: Nvidia stops selling software licenses to Russian firms
MOSCOW, Jul 1 (PRIME) -- U.S. company NVidia has stopped prolonging and selling licenses for its software for cloud gaming to Russian companies, business daily Kommersant reported on Friday.
Nvidia does not extend or sell in the country new licenses for software to split cores on a server graphic card, which is system Nvidia Grid.
The company also deleted its Russian partners from its website.
The licenses provided an option to use a physical graphic card at several virtual machines at a time to connect more users to the cloud service. The company’s decision has already pushed prices of cloud gaming prices up.
